Joseph served in the United States Army in the late 1950's in Germany. Juliet and Joseph had two children, Stefanie Tocci Baldovin and Joseph Tocci. Joseph was a member of ILA 1814 and employed by American Maritime Service of New York. As a retiree, he enjoyed spending winters in DelRay Beach Florida with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends. He also enjoyed playing cards with friends and sitting poolside in the sun.

He attended St. Finbar Roman Catholic Elementary School and after graduation went on to a private Catholic High School, Xaverian, located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. His family even had their own softball team and they played every week for many years. All of their friends would come to cheer them on, it was great. He met his wife at the age of 24 and at 26 they got married and bought our home in Staten Island. They immediately started their own family and they have 4 beautiful children, Ava 19, Michael Jr. 18, Andreya 14 and Addison 12.
